Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy


Our policy lasts 3 working days from date of receipt. If 3 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. All refund/ return / exchange applications are subject to assessment and approval. Exchanges and refunds can only be done once per transaction.


To be eligible for a refund/ return/ exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag still attached.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the approval status of your refund/ exchange. If you are approved, then your refund/ exchange will be processed, and a credit will be applied via a chosen method agreed by both (for refunds), while the exchanged item will be sent back to the original shipping address provided. We will always to try to process at the soonest but please allow us 2 to 3 weeks to complete.


Sale items

All regular priced items may be returned/ refunded/ exchanged, items on sale however, are not eligible.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Please carefully check the sizing before your purchase to avoid any issues. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.



To return your product, please ship it back to Petunia. We're sorry but we are unable to offer complimentary returns service. You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
